The surgery room punishes the wrong reflex

  • • If the Monster Emerging event starts in Room 8, commit to the surgery mechanic immediately.
  • • Do not shoot or tase the threat. Existing guides and our event notes agree that this kills the patient.
  • • Treat Room 8 as a knowledge check. Calm positioning matters more than panic damage output.
