How to use CCTV in Animal Hospital

Camera discipline is one of the biggest differences between early panic runs and controlled later shifts. Public anomaly guides keep repeating the same lesson: if a patient is uncertain, CCTV is not optional backup, it is part of the full intake decision.

CCTV Order

Use cameras as the second hard filter

  • • Start with the desk read first. If the patient is obviously wrong, reject immediately.
  • • If the desk read is uncertain, rotate to cameras before trusting the photo alone.
  • • Look for black eyes, void bodies, stretched shapes, staring behavior, and silhouette changes.
  • • Trust CCTV when it gives a clear fail. “It looked fine in person” is not a defense once the camera breaks the disguise.
